The nurses were all caring and attentive. They took time to talk to everyone and answered all questions or spoke to a doctor to find the answer. The individual call buttons were attended to promptly and efficiently.

Absolutely everybody on Aspen was amazing. I was treated so well from start to finish.

My mother's medication was lost.
Should have been prescribed at 3 p.m.
Now past 10 p.m.
No one is prepared to take responsibility!

Nurses were kind and understanding and listened to my needs.
Came when buzzed and explained what was going on.
Medication was given mostly on time and when I felt really poorly, everyone was truly empathic.

Almost all the individuals were excellent at providing care. The ward was far too hot for comfort most of the time.
